Definitely the best food in Portici and one of the best in whole Napoli. Giuseppe is taking care to give his guests the best dining experience, explaining to us in details the recipe of every dish they serve. The food is fresh, very delicious, creative and made with love, props to Chef Nunzio! The atmosphere is simple and very authentic, a gathering place for local families. This place is a pearl to be found in a small fisherman's port. Forza Napoli!

I've been in Italy studying for a month, so I've eaten at plenty of restaurants here. This is one of the best, if not the best, meals I've had in the past four weeks. It was outstanding, everything was perfectly cooked, and Giuseppe was incredibly kind and welcoming, and a great host. I'd come back in a heartbeat, and all of you reading this, stop, go there now. You're hungry. Go. Hurry.

The Trattoria of Guiseppe is one of the best and authentic restaurants all over Ercolano and Portici. The chef always go to the market to get fresh products. That is also the reason why he has no written menu. He suggests all courses for your dinner or lunch. Trust him. Also the price is very good and fair. Go there and try it.

This was one of the best restaurants I have been in my whole life. Maybe even the best. I was speechless after finishing my dish. If you like seafood and you are going to visit Vesuvio this place is 'must eat'. There is no menu, you are served what was bought on market in the morning. Starter full of different seafood. Shrimp, breaded anchovies, octopus in sauce. Everything fresh and delicious. As main dish Giuseppe - owner proposed fish or pasta with seafood. I took the second one and I don't regret. Best pasta I have ever eaten. Clams, shrimps, pasta - everything was fresh and delicious. We were not served by waiter but by an wonderful and lovely owner - Giuseppe. Absolutely beautiful experience and I hope I will comeback there someday.

We loved Giueseppe’s cuisine; simple, authentic, spontaneous and delicious. Giuseppe himself is an incredible host, leading the way from antipasti to lovely lemon and vongole pasta. I just had an amazing local Neapolitan experience at this place! The host, Giuseppe, was incredibly welcoming. We originally came for the spaghetti alle vongole and fritto misto, but ended up trying some of the daily appetizers as well. There’s no written menu, because they cook only the fresh catch of the day and it shows in the quality. The atmosphere is intimate, the vibe is authentic, and the food was simply spectacular. A hidden gem for anyone looking for a true taste of Naples!
